Terhi Heikkinen

Terhi is a Managing Partner at IMS Talent. She works with national and multinational companies helping them to acquire and develop their top talent. Terhi carries out searches for demanding C-level executives as well as board members.

Terhi has an extensive 20-year experience from different industries working as Head of Human Resources and in management team positions. Altogether Terhi has almost 30-years’ experience from talent development and demanding employee selection and evaluation.

Prior to joining IMS Talent, Terhi worked as SVP, Human Resources and executive team member for a listed international sports equipment company. Previously she has worked as Head of Human Resources for listed companies, for example in international steel industry and for a Finnish media group as well as HR Leader in a brewery industry company and in global consultancy and IT companies. Terhi started her career working with human resources development in a communications and logistics company. Terhi holds a Master of Economics degree. Her working languages are Finnish, English and Swedish.
