Maikku Laakso

Maikku works at IMS Talent as Assignment Manager helping national and multinational clients to find the most suitable candidates for demanding executive and managerial positions. She works closely with the consultants and is responsible for the candidate market research and contacting.

Maikku has 12 years of working experience in executive search. Before joining IMS Talent, Maikku worked for another executive search company where she has carried out numerous research assignments across different industries, companies and functions.

Maikku’s working languages are Finnish and English. She holds a Finnish Business College Degree and is JTO School of Management graduate focused in HR-functions.
