Mimma has successfully executed hundreds of senior level search assignments across numerous industries and functions. For years she has acted as a trusted advisor for companies in building successful leadership teams. Mimma has always been an active professional networker. She is the co-founder of Board Professionals BPF Finland and has acted as its President for several years. During her career in executive search Mimma has given lectures about recruiting personnel as well as career planning in several companies, universities and their alumni organizations. Before founding IMS Talent Mimma worked for the Ministry for Foreign Affairs where she was involved in the recruitment and global placement. In the past Mimma has lived and worked in New York USA and Berlin Germany. Mimma holds a Master’s degree from Helsinki School of Economics. Mimma’s working languages are Finnish, English, German and Swedish.
Mikael is a partner and chairman of the board at IMS Talent. He works with national and multinational companies helping them to acquire and develop their top talent. Mikael focuses in the placement of board members and C-level executives. He also specializes in board and management team evaluations, assessments and development projects.
Mikael has broad experience in leading large and complex organizations with strong focus on customers, profits and value creation. He has recruited and assessed a large amount of senior talent during his years of working as a President and CEO of one of the largest listed banking and insurance group in Finland. Prior to his banking career he worked in senior finance positions in the industrial field at a listed group which is the global leader in complete lifecycle power solutions for the marine and energy markets. He has extensive non-executive Board experience in several listed and non-listed companies since mid-1990s.
Mikael holds a Masters degree from the Helsinki School of Economics. His working languages are Finnish, English and Swedish.
Heidi is the Managing Partner of IMS Talent. She works with national and multinational companies as well as private equity helping them to acquire and develop their top talent. Heidi carries out searches for demanding executive and managerial positions as well as board members. She also specializes in leadership assessments and management team evaluation processes.
Heidi has extensive experience in recruiting and assessing senior talent as well as building winning teams in M&A and restructuring situations. Prior to joining IMS Talent, Heidi worked as SVP Human Resources in a leading media and search company in Finland. Previously, she worked as HR Director at the Finnish subsidiary of a telecommunications company, and as HR Consultant at a consultancy company specialized in recruiting and executive search. She has extensive experience in business oriented strategic and operational level HRM & HRD as well as twelve years of experience in business development as senior executive management team member. Heidi is fluent in Finnish and English and speaks conversational Swedish. Heidi holds a Master´s degree from Tampere University.
Jaani is a partner at IMS Talent. He works with national and international companies helping them to develop and acquire their top talent. Jaani carries out leadership assessments and management team evaluation and development processes. He also specializes in searches for demanding executive and managerial positions as well as board members.
Jaani has extensive experience in leadership development-, change management and resilience programs. He has several years’ experience in HR consulting specializing in management reviews, talent – and high potential programs. He is also well experienced in business and growth strategy planning and implementation. Before his consulting career Jaani had a 16 years career in line management in multinational companies. He worked in a management group positions for 14 years and was responsible for several different functions: services, human resources and sales. Jaani is certified to use the following tools: Margerison-McCann – Team management profile, CEB-SHL – OPQ and Verify, Resilience Alliance – Personal and team resilience practitioner. He holds an eMBA and B.Sc. degrees in management. Jaani’s working languages are Finnish and English.
Terhi is a partner at IMS Talent. She works with national and multinational companies helping them to acquire and develop their top talent. Terhi carries out searches for demanding executive and managerial positions as well as board members.
Terhi has an extensive 20-year experience from different industries working as Head of Human Resources and in management team positions. Altogether Terhi has almost 30-years’ experience from talent development and demanding employee selection and evaluation.
Prior to joining IMS Talent, Terhi worked as SVP, Human Resources and executive team member for a listed international sports equipment company. Previously she has worked as Head of Human Resources for listed companies, for example in international steel industry and for a Finnish media group as well as HR Leader in a brewery industry company and in global consultancy and IT companies. Terhi started her career working with human resources development in a communications and logistics company.
Terhi holds a Master of Economics degree. Her working languages are Finnish, English and Swedish.
Katja works at IMS Talent as Assignment Manager helping national and multinational clients to find the most suitable candidates for demanding executive and managerial positions. She works closely with the consultants and is responsible for the candidate research and contacting.
Katja has over 8 years of working experience in executive search. She has carried out hundreds of researches across industries and functions in both domestic and cross border searches. Before joining IMS Talent Katja worked for an executive search company as a Research Manager responsible for the research function of the company. She has also prior working experience in marketing and communication, advertising and business economics consulting. Katja’s working languages are Finnish and English. She holds a Master’s Degree in Economics from Lappeenranta University.
Ilkka works at IMS Talent as Assignment Manager helping national and multinational clients to find the most suitable candidates for demanding executive and managerial positions. He works closely with the consultants and is responsible for the candidate research and contacting.
Ilkka has over 4 years of working experience in executive search. Before joining IMS Talent, Ilkka has worked for two executive search companies where he gained experience working in their research function. Ilkka has experience of researches across industries and functions in both domestic and cross border searches. He has previously worked in roles related to information management for HR and Quality functions and in HRD consulting projects.
Ilkka’s working languages are Finnish and English. Ilkka majored in Sociology and holds a Master of Social Sciences Degree from Helsinki University.
Researcher and Office Manager
Tiina works at IMS Talent as Researcher and Office Manager. In her role as Researcher, Tiina works closely with the Assignment Managers and consultants in executive search projects as well as in leadership assessments and management team evaluations. In her role as Office Manager, Tiina is responsible for marketing communications and IMS Talent’s devices, IT systems and security.
Tiina joined IMS Talent in 2012. Before starting in the executive search business, Tiina worked at Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland.
Her working languages are Finnish and English and she speaks conversational Swedish and German. Tiina holds a BBA degree and is currently studying for an MBA in Communication Management.
